This house, located directly across the street from Rowan University and Bunce Hall, can accommodate up to 8 guests, making it perfect for students who are attending Rowan University. We encourage applications from individuals attending, have attended, or are affiliated with Rowan University. Financial Aid and Section 8 are always accepted!

Please note the following requirements:

• The average credit score for you and/or your group (including cosigners) must be 650 or higher, even if you are receiving rental assistance or housing vouchers. If you do not have a credit score, a cosigner is required.
• The total net income for you and/or your group must be equal to or greater than the monthly rent, or your rental assistance/housing voucher must cover the full rent amount.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.
