I recently rented  a house it was  just a short walk from Rowan University, and it was the perfect place for my college experience. The house was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering plenty of room for me and my roommates. Being within walking distance to campus made getting to class and campus events incredibly convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with shops and restaurants nearby.
